In some circumstances, attending the clinic may not be practical or appropriate. Our home visit service is designed to support patients who require a GP assessment at home, while maintaining the same standards of care, professionalism, and clinical judgement as in-clinic appointments. Our home visit services covers Carshalton, Sutton, Wallington, Banstead and surrounding areas of our Carshalton Beeches clinic.

Home visits are offered on a case-by-case basis within a 3-mile radius of the clinic and are subject to availability and clinical appropriateness. For safety and practical reasons, we are unable to guarantee that all requests for home visits can be accommodated.

Home Visit Consultation - 30 minutes | £299 £360

A GP-led consultation carried out in your home, focusing on assessment, advice, and management of appropriate medical concerns.

Includes:

Review of symptoms and medical history
Clinical assessment where appropriate
Advice, treatment planning, and follow-up guidance

Prescriptions, referrals, or further investigations may be arranged where clinically appropriate.

Requesting a Home Visit

Home visits must be requested in advance and are not bookable directly online. All requests are reviewed individually to ensure they are appropriate, safe, and feasible.

Once a request is submitted:

A member of our team will review the details
You will be contacted to confirm whether a home visit can be offered
If approved, next steps will be provided.

With so many years of experience in large numbers of people in her practice
.Really listened to me.
I had been feeling so worried as my condition
seemed to be getting worse A really horrendous experience.I felt the medical profession were letting me down completely .

I was very impressed with the facilities and service I received. I needed an urgent blood test and results to reassure me that my current medication levels were correct. Dr Carrasco was very sympathetic to my concerns and provided reassurance. My results were reviewed and I was updated very quickly. Cannot recommend this new practice enough.

Saw Dr Carrasco for the 1st time at this new clinic today. She used to be my GP a few years ago and I was so sad that I had to find a new GP nearer to where I had moved to. I was delighted to find that she had set up privately in this lovely new clinic.
I was with her for quite a while and really appreciated her willingness to take time to address my concerns in detail. She was so patient and supportive. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her.
