Home Visits

In some circumstances, attending the clinic may not be practical or appropriate. Our home visit service is designed to support patients who require a GP assessment at home, while maintaining the same standards of care, professionalism, and clinical judgement as in-clinic appointments. Our home visit services covers Carshalton, Sutton, Wallington, Banstead and surrounding areas of our Carshalton Beeches clinic.

Home visits are offered on a case-by-case basis within a 3-mile radius of the clinic and are subject to availability and clinical appropriateness. For safety and practical reasons, we are unable to guarantee that all requests for home visits can be accommodated.

Requesting a Home Visit

Home visits must be requested in advance and are not bookable directly online. All requests are reviewed individually to ensure they are appropriate, safe, and feasible.

Once a request is submitted:

  • A member of our team will review the details
  • You will be contacted to confirm whether a home visit can be offered
  • If approved, next steps will be provided.

Please note that submission of a request does not guarantee that a home visit will take place.

You can request a home visit by calling us at 020 3137 8287 or by submitting a message below (our enquiry inbox is monitored multiple times a day and we respond to all enquiries promptly)

Please note

  • Home visits are limited to a 3-mile radius
  • Availability may vary depending on clinical commitments
  • We reserve the right to decline requests where a home visit is not appropriate or safe
  • In some cases, an in-clinic appointment or alternative service may be recommended
