In some circumstances, attending the clinic may not be practical or appropriate. Our home visit service is designed to support patients who require a GP assessment at home, while maintaining the same standards of care, professionalism, and clinical judgement as in-clinic appointments. Our home visit services covers Carshalton, Sutton, Wallington, Banstead and surrounding areas of our Carshalton Beeches clinic.

Home visits are offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and clinical appropriateness. For safety and practical reasons, we are unable to guarantee that all requests for home visits can be accommodated.

Home Visit Consultation - 30 minutes | from £299

A GP-led consultation carried out in your home, focusing on assessment, advice, and management of appropriate medical concerns.

Includes:

Review of symptoms and medical history
Clinical assessment where appropriate
Advice, treatment planning, and follow-up guidance
Blood tests can also be taken during your visit where clinically appropriate. Blood collection and laboratory fees are charged separately.

Prescriptions, referrals, or further investigations may be arranged where clinically appropriate.

Requesting a Home Visit

Home visits must be requested in advance and are not bookable directly online. All requests are reviewed individually to ensure they are appropriate, safe, and feasible.

A member of our team will review the details
You will be contacted to confirm whether a home visit can be offered
If approved, next steps will be provided.

Our standard home visit service covers a 3-mile radius from our clinic in Carshalton Beeches. For locations outside this range, fees are based on distance from Trinity Medical GP clinic and take into account the additional travel time required.

For the first time.I can truly say that
I enjoyed a medical visit to a surgery.
The wonderful Dr Maria Carrasco
With so many years of experience in large numbers of people in her practice
.Really listened to me.
I had been feeling so worried as my condition
seemed to be getting worse A really horrendous experience.I felt the medical profession were letting me down completely .
In leaving me for nearly four months in constant pain And only sending in a referral to a specialist in the last four weeks .With long waiting lists .
So you can imagine how I felt when the amazing Dr Maria Carrasco phoned the Laboratory on my behalf regarding samples.
And outlined a treatment plan for me
it was like coming out of a nightmare .She listens to her patients .
And I felt for the first time for months that she understood what I was going through and that she was going to take the right action for me.

And would do everything in her power
To get me the correct treatment to put an end to my problem The relief was instant and I floated on air out of the surgery.
