Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment
All appointments at Trinity GP Clinic must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Your appointment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice
If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund of the appointment fee. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice
If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, the appointment fee is non-refundable. This policy exists because late cancellations prevent us from offering the appointment to other patients in need of timely care.
How to cancel or reschedule
Cancellations and rescheduling requests can be managed easily through your Patient Portal. This is the quickest way to make changes to your appointment at any time.
If you experience any difficulty accessing the Patient Portal, please call us on 020 3137 8287 during our opening hours of Monday to Friday, 9am–7pm, and Saturday by appointment, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of genuine medical emergency or bereavement, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Trinity Medical GP Clinic. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation.
